I took a picture of one of my ornaments on a tree. What do you think?

Birthdays Still Go On!

In the mist of making all my Christmas things, I had some birthdays to celebrate! Whoosh! All the tree stamps and ornament punches get pushed to the side (I know, I really should have put them up) and I shift into Birthday mode. I wanted something feminine and soft and this is what I came up with.
Deets:
Stamps:Baroque Mofits, Birthday Greetings
Paper: Rose Red, Ink
Inks: Blush Blossom, Pretty In Pink, Regal Rose, Rose Red, Chocolate Chip
Accessories: dollar store bling

PLJC Cards

Couldn't make those ornaments without cards to go with them! I had a hard time coming up with a design that didn't look so bland. I hope these don't. I really gave my Big Shot a good workout for this card. I also used the Brushed Silver card stock whereas I would normally convert to gray card stock. The cards with the Brushed Silver card stock look so much better when you put them next to the ornaments.
Deets:
Stamps: Pine Bough Wheel, Trees from Dime store
Paper: Naturals White, Green, Red, Black, Brushed Silver
Ink: Green
Accessories: Big Shot, Peace & Love & Joy & Cheer, Bigz Top Note, Ornament Punch

I saw a box of black ornaments in the store. I thought to myself, "Who in the world would put black ornaments on a tree?" Then I thought of how much I like wearing black and how good it looks with platinum/white gold/silver. I couldn't resist getting that box of black ornaments and this is what I did with them!

Peace & Love & Joy & Cheer

Here is a set of ornaments I made with the Big Shot, Red Ornaments and a roll of Flashing. At least that's what I think that was what I used. It's very thin metal that is used on roofs. It was pretty easy to do, except for the metal splinters!

Christmas Fudge

This really cracked me up! I couldn't wait to CASE (Copy And Show Everyone) it. I even made a version for people too busy to read the whole poem! Now, if I could just STAY AWAY from the Chocolates!
Deets:
Stamps: Punches Three
Paper: Red, Green
Inks: Red, Green
Accessories: Verse on printer, Curling Ribbon, Scallop Square Extra-Large Punch

Thanksgiving '10

This is my Thanksgiving card. It looks better IRL because the flash on my camera made the embossed cornucopia too shiny to see. I originally embossed the card so I could color it in, but my DH told me it looked better with no other colors on it. I'm still on the fence about that. I stippled Chocolate Chip ink on the Kraft paper so the tear line would look lighter than the paper. I should have made it a little darker.

Deets:

Stamps: All Year Cheer III, Grand Cornucopia

Papers: Kraft, Chocolate Chip

Ink: VersaMark, Chocolate Chip

Accessories: Embossing Buddy, Black Embossing Powder, Raffia, Stipple Brush, Hole Punch
